Main Masak-masak

Hi..
So excited these past few days. Dah sampai kat umah ni kan macam-macam nak buat. Nak enjoy makan macam-macam. Habislah misi nak kurus. Oh whatevs..

Nak dipendekkan cerita, semalam aku main masak-masak ngan adik aku. Aku pun taktau la. Kadang-kadang naik hantu nak masak tak reti lak nak stop. Hohoho. Aku try 3 resepi semalam. Gyoza, Sujeonggwa ngan Egg Basket. So Yummeh..


Siyes sangat sedap. Penat cari kulit dumpling ni. Sampai 3 supermarket aku pegi cari. Last-last jumpa kat Giant. Koman tol Mydin takde kulit dumpling ni.HAHAHAHAHA. Oh btw, inti gyoza ni kalau ikut resepi asal dia guna minced pork, so ofcos la dah ganti ngan daging lembu. hoho. Rupa tak seberapa, rasa sedap. Ok, mungkin termasin sikit.




Sujeonggwa ni korean traditional beverage. Bagus untuk tekak. Kalau yang tak berani nak try  minuman baru, takyah la penat-penat nak try. But personally, I like Sujeonggwa. Very refreshing. Simple je bahan dia, halia, air ngan kulit kayu manis. Yang bulat sebijik kat tengah mangkuk tu dried persimmon yang dah direndam semalaman dalam Sujeonggwa. Sedap sangat. Best served chilled.



HAH! Breakfast yang perfect. Simple je tapi sangat sedap. Paling senang nak masak antara 3 resepi yang aku try kali ni. Kepada yang tak suka telur separuh masak, sila balikkan roti+telur ni so that dua-dua masak sempurna. But I like my egg gooey and creamy. So this is PERFECTO!!!


Tiap-tiap kali balik kampung mesti gian nak masak resepi luar. Biasanya aku buat pasta. Macam-macam jenis pasta. Kali ni rasa nak wat benda lain sikit. Tengoklah minggu depan kalau rajin aku nak try masak Korean Rice Cake/ Dubbokgi. Betul ke eja tu? HAHA. Entah. As Frances; the host of Cooking With Dog would say..."Good Luck in the Kitchin".. (ok memang dia sebut Kitchin. Aku tak tipu)
